Brandon & Marlene Wedding: Huber Opera House & Civic Center, Hicksville Ohio.

October 28, 2016

Huber Opera House & Civic Center

I remember how surprised I was when I received a call from Thailand! Yes! Marlene called me from Thailand to inquire about our services. She was a missionary/teacher working over there.

I remember how polite and nice she was on the phone. I immediately told myself that I had to get to sit with her. She was coming down to the United States in a couple months, and was planning her wedding at the Huber Opera House & Civic Center. She told me a little about Brandon, her fiancé.

When I invited Marlene & Brandon over to our house for a chat, I had no idea what to expect. I just wanted to talk about Brandon & Marlene Ohio Wedding. She had called me a few times from Thailand – where she was then working as a missionary – to talk about her wedding day. I instantly got very intrigued and wanted to know more about how she met Brandon and all those details.

When they came over, there was this genuine chemistry between them that instantly became obvious. They had a passionate affection for each other that captured my admiration. I knew right there and then, that I wanted to photograph their wedding day. Who would want to miss out on such an amazing couple tying the knot?

Have you ever met one of those couples who immediately stand out to you in a very unique and special way? Well, Marlene & Brandon definitely gave us an absolutely unique and special experience on their wedding day. Their wedding is the biggest wedding I’ve photographed till date. It was almost as if the entire town of Hicksville had stormed into the Huber Opera House & Civic Center to witness their union.

It was definitely a very amazing event to be a part of. Thank you for allowing my wife and I to be a part of your big day. I pray that God continues to bless you both, Mr. & Mrs. Yoder.
